If a subscriber's payment fails to process and they do not update their payment information or respond to our notifications during the first month, their subscription will be automatically skipped for that month. If after the first skipped month there is still no successful payment or response from the subscriber by the end of the second consecutive month, their subscription will be considered inactive and automatically cancelled. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure their payment information is up-to-date and to promptly respond to any communications regarding subscription issues.
8. Shipping
Most orders are dispatched using UPS or USPS. Upon shipment of your item, you will receive a notification email from us. We expect that your merchandise will be delivered securely. Please carefully inspect all items for potential shipping damage upon receipt. In the event that any damage is identified, kindly send photographs to contact@littlestyou.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in initiating a claim with UPS for your shipment. Littlest You disclaims any liability for damages, theft, or missing items. This would be an unfortunate event, but once your shipment leaves the hands of Littlest You and is in the care of the shipping carrier, Littlest You is not liable in any way.
For all orders shipped via UPS/USPS/FedEx with incorrect or incomplete names or addresses, a fee of $20 per piece will be applicable for redirection or corrections. Once redirected, we assume no responsibility for parcels that cannot be redirected prior to order delivery. Undeliverable packages will be considered abandoned.
9. Modifications
Littlest You may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
